Crouzet Automatismes SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. While Crouzet Automatismes has undertaken commercially reasonable efforts to identity what would be considered functionally equivalent products, these may not necessarily be equivalent as to form-fit-function requirements. Crouzet Automatismes shall not be responsible for any claims based upon use of the Product Cross-Reference Information by Receiving Party or its customers. In particular, the Receiving Party agrees to advise all users of its product cross-reference business tools of the important need to independently verify that any cross-referenced selector product is an appropriate replacement for another product in a particular application.
